Dr Finikias Rugara

Dr Finikias (Nik) Rugara is an experienced GP. After completing his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery in 2009 at Monash University. Dr Nik started his career in surgical training as a general surgery registrar at Monash Hospital. After completing several years in emergency medicine and a post graduate Masters in Public Health as part of his surgical training his passion led him to general practice. Dr Nik is still able to utilise his surgical skills and is proficient at skin cancer management in the general practice setting. He has completed several skin cancer and cosmetic related qualifications and is currently completing a diploma of skin cancer management. Outside of work Dr Nik enjoys time with his family and can often be found on court or court-side at basketball games.
